We service all makes and models of water heaters. Repairs

though to think that just because the bottom of your water
heater is dripping it needs replacement. In the off chance
your water heater needs to be replaced, we know exactly how
to comply with the Uniform Plumbing Code and bring your
water heater up to the current Code requirements for your
safety and peace of mind. We will even inform you of how an
building permit and city inspector inspection is required if
it needs changing.
For standard residential water heater installations we use
Bradford White water heaters. Bradford White is the only
American made water heater made by a company that is
American owned. All others are either made in foreign
countries or made by foreign own companies.
Having your water heater properly serviced is analogous to
changing your car's engine oil-you never need to do it, but
you'll get about half the life out of the engine. We know
exactly how to perform the required regular service
intervals that can extend the life from an average
un-maintained water heater of 10-12 years and make it last
an average of 18-20 years!
