Can you imagine buying a Subway® sandwich made by a
trainee, and he takes twice as long as an experienced
employee, so you end up being charged more because it took
longer?!
Our pricing system is based upon giving our clients what
they request-an upfront price for the particular procedure
once one of our field staff has in person evaluated the
situation. No ethical law compliant professional can provide
a price on a procedure they have not yet evaluated in
person. Remember, a "prescription without a diagnosis is
malpractice", and plumbing is no different. We find that the
common practice of providing deliberately reduced prices
over the phone, then raising the price once the other
plumber has arrived is deceptive, unethical, and synonymous
with a used car salesman.
Our pricing system complies with California State law which
requires in most instances that contracting professionals
provide clients an upfront fixed price for the particular
procedure. Those firms that unlawfully and unethically rent
their time by the hour often times send out the slowest
staff they can.
With our upfront pricing system our clients are given peace
of mind because we send out the most qualified staff and
adhere to our price schedule regardless of whether they are
a prince or a pauper. We therefore do not rush quality,
competent service.
Additional services provided at the time we are there often
times results in reduced overhead expenses which we pass on
the savings to our clients. |
